How can notify me that my stuffs are here today and after same hours when I come , you told me that I went back?
Amazing,,, I couldn’t understand! After this long today another notice came from Posta 100162 telling me that my parcel is there again,,, I went without trusting it,, once there I found one of the two boxes there!
Tracking Number was RR000830728BI✅ Since were two boxes this drove me to think to track the second one ,,, because I doubted that you didn’t send them back to Burundi!
Then I found that you have it at your Adress 10004 ZAGREB-CARINA! This is the Track Number RR000830759BI
can you please take it back to my Adress or just to tell me to come for it at your adress?
Hello I received a package from the USA 2 days ago in Lucica Lumbarda Korcula. TRACKING NUMBER was CH189649640US
The item was an old boat part which I sent there to repair last winter. So it is a second hand part which is 30 years old.
You made me pay more than 25% IMPORT TAX. This is not legal. It is fraudulent because the paper on the packet distinctly says it is a "RETURNED FROM SERVICE REPAIR". You opened the packet, so you should know this.
I still have the original paper work for you to see.
If you investigate on the Internet. The model inside the packet NAVICO CHORUS (automatic boat pilot) is no longer available for sale. For a long time now.
Please explain why I was forced against my consent, and under duress, to pay 73,48 EUROS in import tax ?
Please provide some evidence and paperwork to back up your claim. I hereby request a reimbursement for the mistake that you made.
